Ski Fitness

This past February, Crystal Wright led two groups of rad women on ski trips in the Dolomites. Some had visited the area before, skied in Italy in the past, and had a good idea of what was to come; others had never skied in Europe and pushed the limits of what they thought they could handle physically, mentally and emotionally during their ski vacation. All of the women had very different experiences and each enjoyed their time in the Dolomites for different reasons. Three of the women who joined Crystal this year, Renee Giallonardo, Marie Ulven, and Molly Harris, answered a few questions for us about their time spent in the Italian Alps. 

Wright Training ambassador, Sharif Zawaideh, is on the Jordanian Olympic Ski Team! He has been training for ski racing around the globe these past 3 months; Sharif is excited to share his recent updates in the world of skiing.
