Knuckles to buckles folks, its time to buckle down and get ready for those first days on snow! 8-week progression of strength, stamina, and agility. Offered on all M-TH classes in both Victor and Jackson locations. We modify for all physical abilities. Giving everyBODY the opportunity to feel good those first days of shredding on the snow.
This 16-session course builds off of a few movements to encourage strength and stamina in the ski/snowboard specific muscles and joints. We start with a few physical measurements in the beginning using those numbers to build off of. Then we will finish with those same tests to see what kind of gains you found!
All classes are non-refundable, but if you are missing a session we offer zoom, on-demand video, and class hopping to make it up. All gym and zoom enrollment get free On- Demand Video access upon request.
