Connor has spent the majority of his life surrounded with athletics. From club soccer, to rock climbing, and now to ultra marathon running, he’s found the gym as the bedrock for all he does in the outdoors – both in physical strength and in solid community. Add in being a total training-science nerd, and coaching in the gym has become a true joy. He is a student of things like performance nutrition (especially for running) and training for activities in the mountains.
He loves helping people reach their goals, no matter where they are starting from. We all have ways we can grow every single day.
You can find Connor spending his winters skiing in the backcountry and lifting to prepare for racing season. His summers consist of lots of running and preparing to race different ultras over the season.
