Two Ways to Train: Ski Light & Ski Wright

Ski Light

Perfect for anyone new to structured training, or those managing injuries. Ski Light focuses on proper movement patterns, foundational strength, and controlled progressions. You’ll still build power, stability, and mechanics, but at a pace that keeps your body safe while preparing you for ski season.

Ski Wright

Recommended for those who are injury-free and already comfortable training in the gym. Ski Wright emphasizes eccentric training, explosive power, and higher intensity progressions. Expect to be pushed with dynamic, ski-specific movements designed to maximize your performance and durability on the mountain.
