Open Gym is available to anyone who wants to use the equipment at Wright Training on their own. Create your own workout, set your own goals, and track progress. This is perfect for people who want the flexibility to train on your own.
These sessions are all specifically designed for your individual goals or specific athlete needs. This can be performance-based, injury prevention or rehab. This works great if you need more of a program design and feel like you are getting stuck in the same old routine. The sessions will be programmed to your goals and what equipment you have to work with. This is great if you are on a good routine at Wright training and might be traveling a bit or gone for a week or two.

Progressive 8-week workshop to get you bike, run, paddle ready for all of your summer mountain adventures. With a focus on stabilizers, strengthening sport specific muscle groups, stamina, and work capacity to get you to the top of the mountains, or down that river this summer! You will gain posterior chain muscle group strength, and stamina. One strength and stamina fitness test at the beginning of the workshop, and another at the end to see your gains!

Wright Training has been working with youth for 15 years. The gym is committed to injury prevention and performance. As these young athletes are growing they are going through a lot of changes. Teaching them how to move properly and build strength is crucial for performance and injury prevention. Why not perform better and prevent injury! We are offering an 8 week course 16 sessions on T/TH starting April 8th-May 30th, at 4:30 pm. This is open to all ages. All sport disciplines are welcome. Every young athlete will benefit from training.
