Julianne grew up in Florida where she was very active in team sports. Later in life she discovered a passion for trail running. Before the cement could set, Julianne ditched the concrete jungle and fled to mountain life in Jackson in 1996. Since then, her love for outdoor sports has led her to take up kayaking, broomball, softball, rock climbing, telemark skiing, biking and of course mountain trail running.
After an injury put a stop to her sporting endeavors between 2010 and 2017, and years of struggling to find a way back to her previous fitness level, weight training was where she gained her confidence, strength and endurance, and increased her physical potential. The fitness gains from strength training at Wright Training became the catalyst for her passion to help others see and experience what their bodies are capable of. As a personal trainer, she knows what it's like to struggle with injuries. Now, she enjoys helping others discover the benefits and joys of training. Julianne's unique ability is meeting clients where they're at regardless of age, training history, lifestyle, or fitness level and to ensure they are getting the personalized attention needed in a fitness program. Julianne loves to work with clients to find the best programs that benefit their unique needs and is a stickler for good form to prevent injury. She believes the experiences you have from working hard in the gym translate to life. When you feel good, you excel in life.
